Portrait of Rebecca Stein, founder of Terms Atelier

Your creativity. Your business. Better terms.

You focus on the creative work. I help with the terms behind it.

You’ve built something worth protecting. Terms Atelier helps creators, influencers and agencies make sense of the contracts behind their work, from brand partnerships and content licensing to talent agreements and creative collaborations.

An atelier is a private workshop where ideas take shape and craft is protected. Terms Atelier brings that same spirit to your business: a place to turn when a contract lands in your inbox and you want to understand what you’re signing, what matters, and where there’s room to negotiate.

I’m Rebecca, a licensed Ontario lawyer with a background in employment law and commercial agreements. I work directly with creators and alongside agency teams, bringing legal experience and a practical understanding of the business behind each deal.

My approach is simple: get to know your goals, make the fine print clear, and help you agree to terms that work for you.
